Summary of Fair Use Policy


The proprietor and operator of the www.Hanhsi.com website, QR Code Generator Inc. (an Isle of Man corporation), upholds a policy of fair and acceptable usage at all times to make sure that our services aren't used in a way that:


  1. is excessive, irrational, fraudulent, or unlawful.
  2. will or might have an effect on the Hanhsi.com user platform, website, online services, or network's quality, integrity, or dependability.
  3. will or might cause any user to suffer as a result of other users' actions.


All users of the Hanhsi.com website, both free and paid, are subject to this fair use policy. Violators may have their access to "unlimited" service modules restricted.

"Services" refers to any or all of the following in the context of this document:


  1. QR codes generated via the website Hanhsicom
  2. Whether encoded into a QR code or not, Hanhsi.com generates short URLs in the Hanhsi.ly style.
  3. Both free and paid users (subscribers) of the Hanhsi.com website can utilize the tools, features, and editing capabilities for creating, managing, and editing QR codes.


Uses That Are Not Acceptable


Directly or indirectly using our services in relation to:


  1. Illicit, dishonest, criminal, or otherwise unlawful actions
  2. Activities that violate the rights of any other third party include downloading, installing, or distributing software that has been pirated or that has been improperly licensed, removing any author attributions, legal notices, or proprietary designations or labels from any uploaded file, and fabricating the source or origin of any software or other content.
  3. the incitement, encouragement, or support of aggressive, exploitative, racist, discriminatory, socially unacceptable, or careless behavior.
  4. actions that infringe upon the rights of, injure, or otherwise treat children and minors unfairly.
  5. actions that violate the privacy of others, irritate, inconvenience, or unnecessarily worry anyone.
  6. If you know or should know that something is illegal to stream, distribute, link to, or access, you should not do so.
  7. Using our services to link to or connect to any content that violates someone else's copyright, trademark, intellectual property, confidence, privacy, or any other rights, or that is offensive, abusive, defamatory, indecent, obscene, illegal, harassing, or menacing
  8. Use of our services to connect or link to any electronic material (including, but not limited to, files containing viruses, Trojan horses, malware, corrupted files, machine-readable code, or any other similar software or programs) that is known or likely to interfere with, harm, destroy, or restrict the functionality of any computer software, hardware, or telecommunications equipment that is likely to be used for the scanning and/or decoding of said QR codes, whether with knowledge or carelessness.
  9. any use of our services that interferes with, or has the potential to interfere with, the Hanhsi website, online services, network, or user platform.
  10. The excessive, unusual, or burdensome use of our services by a single user or by a group of users to the detriment of other users on the HANHSI.COM user platform, website, online services, or network, which does, will, or could adversely affect optimal platform performance benchmarks as set from time to time at our sole discretion.


Our Rights


We may, at our option and discretion, immediately terminate, suspend, or limit the service delivery or service access for that user with or without notice as we deem appropriate, or we may give notice to the user to cease the unacceptable use(s) if we discover any use of our services that violates this policy.
